Feral Cat Helpline

For feral cat issues, please call the Helpline (321-631-SPAY) and leave a clear message stating your name and phone number. One of our volunteers will return your call as soon as they are able. Or fill out the Helpline Form Online

The Space Coast Feline Network works through participation and is effective only through teamwork, cooperation, and continued dedication to the Space Coast Feline Network mission. Contacts in the North, Central, and South ends of the county will be set up to assist others in learning to trap and provide colony assessment.

Services Provided By The Space Coast Feline Network
Services The Space Coast Feline Network CAN NOT Provide

Effective July 1, 2005, Brevard County took over responsibility for the provision in the Feral Cat Ordinance, which requires a registry of feral cat colonies be maintained. This is something SCFN previously did as a service to the County. Brevard Animal Services and Enforcement (BASE) is now the contact.

Please note that it is the responsibility of each caregiver to register with the County. Simply phone Lynette at 321-617-7503 and provide her with the following information:
  • Caregiver's Name and phone number
  • Specific Colony Location (i.e. behind XYZ Restaurant at 4600 Hwy. 66, Cocoa)
  • The approximate number of cats in the colony
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter!
